Fiona Morris – Managing Director
Fiona is the founder/owner of Hunter Cleaning Group and works hard in ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered to Hunter Cleaning Group customers and clients. Fiona oversees all operations of the company including sales and marketing and business development including quotations.
Fiona has hands on experience with every aspect of domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning. She has taken this knowledge and systemised it into award winning business outcomes so that Hunter Cleaning Group can become an industry leader in providing the best possible service for all clients.
Fiona is very passionate about what she does and along with her team she thrives on gaining up to date knowledge to move Hunter Cleaning Group forward into the future.
Fiona has a range of industry experience. She worked for 15 years in Hospitality Management where she learnt to work in a fast-paced environment and developed her skills in management and providing a service to customers.
Following her stint in Hospitality Management she moved on to work in Human Resources Recruitment and Safety Training. This allowed her to stay in touch with industry requirements and develop the knowledge in developing her own business. Fiona then moved on to create Hunter Cleaning Group in 2013.

Dean Morris – Quality and Systems Manager
Deans role as a Quality and Systems Manager is to focus on the quality of the products and equipment Hunter Cleaning Group are providing to our customers.
Dean ensures all cleaning equipment is top of the range and assists with quality control by making sure we have the best equipment there is to offer. Deans position involves, Stock Control, Repairs, Consumables, Delivery and site orders.
Deans passion is delivering great customer satisfaction and ensuring that our products are exceeding the service our customers expect. He finds that having the attention to detail in executing quality systems and procedures is what it takes to progress in delivering quality service.
Dean has had a range of experience ranging from a lab technician, surface drilling, hydraulics, civil engineering and various roles in the mining industry. He brings the skills that he has accumulated in varying roles and brought them together to ensure the quality of our products is at the best quality.
Apart from working as a Quality and Systems manager dean has completed his diploma in massage therapy and is continually developing his skills at succeeding in this area.
Sarah Rogan – Area Manager
Sarah Rogan is the Area Manager for Hunter Cleaning Group. Sarah has been employed in hospitality and housekeeping management. She works hard to meet to exceed client expectations with effective site management. You will often see her on site liaising with clients, supervisors and team members to ensure effective operations and customer service.
Sarah has a passion for delivering great customer service to her clients in which she delivers at a high-level due to her excellent knowledge and experience of the hospitality and housekeeping industry.
Sarah has 5 years’ experience working in hospitality and housekeeping roles as a supervisor and has made her way into a management role with Hunter Cleaning Group for the past 4 years.
First Aid officer (Hunter Cleaning Group)
On the way to commencing her diploma in Business Management to expand on her skills with Hunter Cleaning group.
Ruby Lea Sellers – Administration and Human Resources
Ruby Lea Sellers has been employed with Hunter Cleaning Group for 9 months. Ruby takes care of all administration and Human Resource enquiries. Within this job role she looks after the recruitment process and focuses on finding the best cleaners the hunter can offer. Staff development, pay roll and all general inquires all fall under the job description of Ruby.
Ruby has a passion for delivering great customer service to Hunter Cleaning Group staff and works hard in the office in finding new and improved ways of meeting staff satisfaction. Ruby is constantly developing her skills in this area and is passionate about Human Resources and everything it involves.
Ruby is currently in her last year of study at the University of Newcastle in which she is undergoing studies in a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Psychology.
Jake McCubbin – Administration Assistant
Jake works as Hunter Cleaning Groups Administration Assistant. Jake assists the team in Hiring and sourcing quality cleaners to boost Hunter Cleaning Groups success into the future. Jake ensure that every day administration duties are taken care of which include the management of accounts and staff as well as being the first point of call for any enquiries.
Jake has a passion of sourcing and recruiting the right candidate for the job. Training is a big passion of Jakes which he is currently undertaking studies to gain a higher knowledge of work health and safety.
Jake has a high level of knowledge with customers and providing quality customer service. Jake has previously worked in Retail, Aged Care and Administration.
Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations Certificate 4 in Work Health and Safety (Undertaking).
